Of course there is. It's not like they would just skip IV and VI. The only reason why there aren't forums for them is because not many people talk about it so it's pretty much a waste of space if no one would use it.

The games were released with different numbers in the US. Final Fantasy IV become II and Final Fantasy VI became III. There are actually boards here for both of them, but they use the original US numbering.
