hence the ilegallness.
Unless you own the "hard copy" of it.
Though the Playstation ones are a bit harder to set up.
Not sure how the laws apply in Australia though XD

i'm pretty sure that if you dont have a receipt, drivers licence, birth certificate, passport, a big stamp that says 'Paid" and the creator of nintendo is sitting next to you, explaining that he sold you this game and also provides all the same forms of i.d... then maybe they'd only lock you up for twenty years here..
