first of all if you pickthe wrong group to give it too (new yevon i think) then you can only get 99% complete and then you cant get it in the first try.
also i have the guide too and it still took me a couple a tries with the game+ to complete 100%
but you can get the strategy guide by looking on google and serching for it. thats were i usually get them all
