Movie problem
hey, im having a huge problem i cant solve =(....the thing is that i downloaded a movie...that i think its .avi..im not sure, but i want to burn this movie into a dvd and be able to watch in my home dvd player....but i dont know how...well actually i know how xD...but the real problem is that i cant burn the movie with subtitles in it!...and i really need the subtitles, first i converted the movie into mpg2 or 3xD...and put the subtitles in it, and then i burnt it in a dvd....but the software i used to do that, was in trial version, and a message apeears in the whole movie, at the centre of the screen sponsoring this software ¬¬, then i downloaded another software similar to this one....but i converted my avi movie into a dvd movie....but when i played the movie in my dvd player, there were no subtitles, and hte movie was kinda slow....so if anyone could please help me i'd really aprecciate it =D

Honestly, i dont burn movies to dvd, but every free program i did it with was crap. either it wouldnt take .avi files at all, or i had to go into a round about conversion thing. pretty terrible. if you do this a lot, the clear solution is to buy that original software. considering you arent spending money on these movies (lol) then it shouldnt be too much to ask to buy the software as a one time only thing.

my favorite conversion program would be DVDsanta,,the full edition. it doesnt use to much resources, you can take any format and convert it to a dvd file, and turn around and burn it to disk. even the copies are pretty clear.

hm first i used the trial version of VSOConvertX...but like i said, it showed a message at the centre of the screen sponsoring themselves ¬¬....and then i used WinAVI Video Converter v9.0 to convert my avi movie into a dvd movie....but in the instructions they said that i have to put the subtitles in the same folder as the movie, with the exact same name...and the software will know that those are the subtitles and it'll put them in the movie...but i did that and nothing happened...and the movie was slower D=
