I live in chicago land (suburbs around chicago), which means there's a lot of wannabe thugs everywhere. My town if safe for the most part since it's the middle of nowhere, but i had a friend in Wackanda (highly doubt i spelled that right) who i went to go visit for a day out of boredom. We planned to stay at her house with some of her friends, but her mom wanted her to get ingredients for dinner from the market down the street. We all wanted to go with, but she said it was close by so she would be fine. We waited about ten minutes before her mom said that she forgot to tell her they needed milk too so we all went to tell her before she got back. Honestly, it was the best timing we could have ever hoped for since we literally saw her the moment some dumba** punk decided it'd be cool to smack her in the back of the head with a wooden bat to steal her money. He got as far as taking the wallet but one of her guy friends ran him down while another called the police and I helped her up. I gotta say, I don't know to many people who can stay conscious after that kinda of a hit.

Jesus was on our side, that's all i can say. Dunno what happened to the kid, but i gave him a strongly worded comment on his actions. (that's my way of saying that i b*tched him out for the 5 minutes before the police got there.)

*coughs into hand* i might have slapped him... possibly.... but if they asked, it was because he resisted and attempted to attack me as well.
I let him off easy though since Mark (they guy who chased him down when we got there) beat him up pretty bad already.

Never had anything really bad happen to me, but this one time there was a coward in a blue mini cooper, me and my big brother were walking home from football training, and we were crossing the road, and because it a busy road, he said he would go first as usual, so he looked both ways and walked out, then a blue mini cooper turned the corner and went into him and drove off, we were not sure what speed it hit, but luckily it only broke 3 of his ribs and his leg.
Very lucky, very annoying the fact how the person who did it didn't have the balls to help.
