Wow,
Apparently the drums for rock band 2 are "$300",
Because they are "Real" Electric drum kit.

When the equipment costs near 5 times more than the actual game, than it isn't really a bargain. I personally don't see anybody without money to burn purchasing this set.

well everything is backwards compatible. being the old instruments with the new game, and the old dlc with the new game and so on.
thats pretty sweet.

Finally a Linkin Park song is in here so i can rock it out! :]
Rock Band 2  its better the the first one. Your getting a new drumset which is totally sick just like real ones, and new killer songs to bang it out too! cant say nay to that! especially when you and your buddies suck at real instruments and can now say you rock at playing a musical instrument! in a game tho xD hahaha

I assume you have never played a real drumset, because playing Rock Band drums feels almost nothing like playing actual drums in my opinion.

appparently the $300 drums are not the official drums, they are the high-quality drums made by another company that work with Rock band.
the offical drums are the same price i believe but wireless and make less noise when you hit them, and have pressure sensors (it can tell if you hit it hard or soft) as well have ports for the addon cymbals that madcatz will release.
