I'm not too sure of who's to blame in this situation. to be honest my gut feeling tells me this group is intent on creating a civil unrest with the way they disregard any common sense. sure, share the road, but don't infringe on the other motorists rights just because you think yourself mistreated. This isn't the only case either, there have been several reports involving SUV's and Minivans, as well as other vehicles being destroyed by the "bike gang". Makes me wonder what else our "civilized" cities deal with on a daily basis.
I'm so glad I live in an ultra rural area.

its got the spot light but i was told by the seller that the motor had to be replaced with a stock one (stock for the normal crown vic's). so its a 1994 which put its at a v8 with 198 hp. its enjoyable (minus the gas costs lol)

Thats the same car my dad uses as his Police Cruiser. It probably still has the sway bars on the suspension, making for great fun on dirt roads lol. sad thing is though, its a hand me down from our county dept. our town's kinda on the cheap side when it comes to replacing equipment.

I'm not sure what led up to it, something to do with the police arresting two bicyclists. but the way they are screaming "(*&^ the pigs" and the way they fail to move out of the way once the police are in their vehicles kinda upsets me.
