This was a wonderful game. Very simple. too the point. No bs. I get so annoyed with the new ff's trying to stuff as much side quest garbage as they can in the game...here is an idea...instead of wasting all that precious disc space on side quests, how about enhancing the storyline instead? thicken the plot a tad. How about that?
Thats what I love about FF. It is ALL business. 
And as far as the perfect party?
Fighter, Fighter, Red Mage, White Mage.

The game is simple, and very different from the others. My fav was Okami, my Thief, and Ookami, my Red Mage, because they both saved my butt in a snap, and I only needed those two, the other two were dead the whole story, because the Okas made such a great team.
