bank
ok i am confused here when u deposit the max 9,999,999 what happend if u wait a week will u get more in the bank or will it say u reached the max? and is it worth starting a bank? because i dnt want to lose loads of gil when i withdraw. hope this makes sence

you need to withdraw around 300k every week before getting the itnerest so you dont lose that money...and if you put money in the bank then you dont really want to use it often...thats why youre putting it there...to built it up and get interest...not withdraw all the time...at least thats what i think...so you should leave enugh on your hand to make sure you wont withdraw much

Your bank balance can´t go further than 9,999,999 gil, so if you were to earn more than that, that money is gone 
As for withdrawals: I´d say to try filling the bank first, then withdrawing 303k (which is, but not exactly, the amount of gil you can take and still get to 9,999,999 next week) each week. That´s the best way of taking advantage of the interest rate XD

Just put your excess Gil there, I doubt you'll need 6 mil Gil in the next week XD even if it's only 1 or 2 Mil Either way, you'll gain some interest on it
