vincent is the best final fantasy 7 character in it because he can transform into chaos and he can also do a very decent amount of damage in one shot with his rifles witch makes him a force to be scared of and he is a vampire as an added bonus.

He's not a vampire. He's a human who was experimented upon and then sealed in a coffin after being put in stasis. His later transformations aren't as good as his earlier ones either. He only transforms into Chaos in Dirge of Cerberus anyway.

Vincent has one of the best senses of fashion, he's pretty cool. He's a character with a personality, unlike FF1's characters. He's someone who, in the game, is pretty strong, fast and the like. They even made a game about him(sorta.) I don't know, he just has the feeling. Best character.

In FFI you chose the classes and names at the beginning meaning that there wasn't a chance to have a feeling.

There wasn't really any character development until FF IV. I think they've given the characters more depth in the remakes of the the earlier ones as well.

I think Kingdom Hearts is a good example for that, and I would say FF Tactics as well. Cloud appear in the world of Ivalice, with aeris...so weird.
