You got that one right ^^, singapore still makes both FFVII and FFVIII PC version. Have you checked E-Bay or something?
Or alternatively you can download from torrent, bit comet, etc.

you can download a working copy/crack of the PC version on most torrent websites. you can do it for free but the files are really big. the FFVII alone takes up a few gigs of your harddrive and the Ultima Version takes up even more because it has the largest FFVII walkthrough ever created + a whole bunch of other crap
