well basically after arriving to Balamd Garden you need to search 1F first....after you did that youll see Xu running to the elevator...you need to follow her to the 2F...she will direct you to Cid...who is in his office on 3F...Cid will then send you to MD-level...and so on...just read what they say...you should be able to proceed without problems

yeah, and make sure to search every section (quad, library, etc) helping students will result in items like mega-potions and x-potions.
