quick dressphere/garmet grid question
ok i got the floral fallal for yuna, the machina maw for rikku and the full throttle dressphere for paine, how do i like use them?

ok tromell should give you a garment grid...you can only equip two dressphere in this grid ...put you two dressphere and change in the battle then once you change press L1 again and you should change into their special dressphere..you can also use other garment grid..i just use this because it's the easiest...

how do i get the garmet grid from trommel because i don't think that i have it but i do have those 3 special dresspheres that i really want to use because when i highlight them after going to equip it shows that if there would be someway to use them all my stats would go up significantly lol.

tromell will give you the garment grid when he gave you the special dressphere for Paine...so you have it dont worry...

you dont have to equip those special dressphere...all you have to do is to put you normal dressphere on the garment grid that tromell gave you...then change in battle....after you change you can see that the garment grid is glowing then press L1 and change into you special dressphere...

dont worry it's really easy to know....the garment tromell gave you has only 2 slots..that means you can only put two dressphere....

lol ok the garment grid Gusty is talking about is called the "Unerring Path" garment grid when you want to use it just go to the garment grid section where you equip dresspheres and it should be at the very bottom (unless you have other dressperes that start with a letter that is after the "U" lol)
but your special dresspheres can be used on any grids it'll just take alot of time cause you need to have changed into all the dresspheres in that grid and have all the lines connected (so there is a possibility that you might have to change into one dressphere more then once) then after you done changing into all of them you open it up again to change again and then press "R1" and then just press "X" and you'll be able to change into the special dressphere

good thing I found this topic because I have the very same question.
BUT there's a problem, I have the unerring path garment grid and I can't use any of the special dresspheres.
I don't have Full Throttle though, which could be a problem (according to GameFAQs) because I'm in chapter 3 now.

did you change class during the battle ?
then after that go back into the change dresssphere screen again and then press R1, to change into the special ds.
