I know, but they would be really hard to kill with no leveling. There is no way to beat the game that way. Level is a huge factor in FFXII.

No, being low level is bad! Monsters don't have levels based on your level, it is set levels all the way.

Okie, I just don't get it what Pendez meant by low levels (1,2,2,3,3,3). I'm currently at the hunt mission for the Flower Cactus, and I only have Vaan in my party lol...kinda hard to fight that guy cuz he has pretty good EVA (evades a lot of my attacks).
Yeah lol, very very early in the game (I restarted recently cuz I opened the chest in the castle).

yep, making it tougher than average. License points still remain, but be careful how you use them... you only get them in boss battles.
And later on in the game, there are accessories and armour that increase your stats. The highest i've seen (at low lvl) is 3969 health. And it IS possible, check youtube.

Yep, gotta watch out if you want that Zodiac Spear later on.
Flowering Cactuar is impossible to kill with just Vaan. Once you get it down to low health, it unleashes 1000 needles on one of your party members.
Vaan, being your only party member, will be easily killed.

so in other words, either superlvl, or wait until someone else comes into your partay.

whoah.. zodiac spear..  ( i didnt get and i think you should  spears are two handed but are really fast.. there are certain chests you shouldnt open.. the place where you meet basch.. the beach where there are is a tempting 16 chests pressed togther at one spot.. and i forgot the other one..

Find combinations.. Pheasant netsuke phoenix down combination... full revive.. plus no cool down and mp cost.. finished at lvl 80 but there is still this monster which i cant defeat.. the very last bounty hunt.. (the memory card got corrupted so i gave up finishing the last hunt)

not totally. When in ffx-2, i fought dark jojimbo. Paine and yuna were down(damn zanmato), and rikku threw a mega phoneix in the air. She was then knocked out by diagoro.
However, then mega phoenix revived yuna, then paine... then rikku again! I was shocked, amazed, and overjoyed. The fact I died soon afterwards is irrelevant.
but since its different in ffxii: yeah, you'll have to wait, or megalvl
