you have to find a picture that have a size of 65x65...and it have to be lower than something like 8kb..you can find one in Google images...just type what picture you want and you might found one...

First you have to find a picture and save it in your document...then Go to profile then on the bottom you can see Browse then click it and find the document where you save the picture..

Click the "Profile" link at the top of the forum, and then scroll down the next page to the "avatar" sections at the bottom. You can add the image there.
