Yeah police already abuse their power now (well at least here where I live). This tweaker was on the street of my town, near where I live actually, and he was out of control, according to police reports. This guy didn't have any weapons on him or anything, he was just crazy and wild; so the police shot the guy 6 times...not tazer, just shot him.....6 times is overkill in my book...Then one night I was walking home from the bus stop and this police officer pulled me over/stopped me...he didn't ask my age or anything, he flashed this bright light in my face, I couldn't see a thing...all he asked is if I was going home I said "yeah" then he just took off....
I am with DC though, I'm not against guns control it just needs to be so much stricter (I hate guns honestly..but whatever)...we will always have war and violence in this world and there will be a way to hurt one another with or without guns, with or without war....it's just human nature sadly...but it'd be great to try and lessen the violence, taking one step closer to peace, if possible...
