The reason its a UG was cause its the only thing that would be tolerated!
nothing to do with preference,
if its a section it gets out of hand!
if its a UG, you can ban people without banning them fromm all the forums wern there only bad in the UG cause there not responsible enough!
I made a suggestion about this place in the Support and Suggestion thing weeks ago, and no one replied there so I thought my idea just went out the window, then all of a sudden it's made into a UG but seeing as it was turned into a UG it's not really my idea now is it?
Well, we've explained that the only way of getting an off-topic thing is a UG. It is more of an expansion on your idea( since all the UG threads will probably be off-topic anyway....)
