yea, he's a member of the turks, appears in Crisis Core, The Original FFVII Game, and Advent Children.
He's a member of the turks, works for Rufus Shinra, mostly with fellow turk Rude, sometimes with Tseng and Elena, like at the beginning of Advent Children.
