cant say that I did  I was retelling someone the story of the movie today and it sounded better, lol, so I'll add one more point bringing my 5 up to a 6 out of 10 but still, wait for the dvd to rent. There are more important movies to watch that just need to be seen on da BIG screen

That is to bad. I usually rent the new releases when they come out to dvd now. I'd rather not waste $7 on a movie that might not be good.
What was the movie about anyways?

Its about a novelist (John Cusak) who writes books about haunted hotels. They are only gimmics by the hotel owners to bring in business so he is a cynic, never seen a ghost but wants to. Then with room 1408, he is warned to never go into the room and that no one has lasted more than an hour. He doesn't believe anything anyone is telling him and of course goes in to spend the night.
It costs you $7 to rent a movie? I thought the going rate was $4?

I think she said the price was $7 to go watch the movie, not to rent it 
BTW, does anyone know about a movie named "Desperation", also based on a Stephen King novel? I´ve been told it´s been released somewhere but I never noticed it was on theatres... Or maybe it wasn´t released here.

The Movie didn't scare me, which I didn't mind so much. I likes the plot though. the biggest dissapointment about the movie was the fact that they took out a ton of parts from the previews that I expected to see in the movie when I went to see it at the theatre.
