I do, Valkyrie Profile 2 has a better battle system display and characters compared to VP1 but not so good with the story though. I enjoyed the combo strategical battle system, very creative (almost similar to Xenogears of squaresoft). ^^

Also a fan of VP2's OST, like...what was it again..
Disturb the undoubtful sleep
Peace under the public sunlight
Motion under the finishing blow
and more!

im so happy that atleast two(including me lolz) tried and played this game in this whole forum lolz....yeah i completely agree with ya...lots of cool stuff going on ...i like how they say those quote stuff before and during or after the battle...and the voice over is just fabulous...I look into Ebay and Valkyrie Profile 1 is crazy expensive....100 - 200 dollars for a use copy and 300 - 500 for a new one...lolz...

I have it and am yet to beat it. It's kinda hard, and I started over again. But I really like the game.

I know its pretty hard but thats the reason its so cool (I had restared like 8 times(I'm kind of known for restarting games(I'm not proud of it)thats why its a big deal when I beat a game(I think my record for the most times restarting a game is 50 and I'm still tryin to play that game))) dang I got off topic oh well but the challenge is half the fun for me (Thats why I like Tomb Raider and thats why I hardly ever get strategy guides)

Imagine this person playing VP2 (valkyrie profile 2) and played until a really long part in the game and voila he couldn't load the game at a point after being said that his load file been corrupted. And just to tell you guys, that person is me lol!

Omg, will took me some time for me to recover from the mood to replay VP2 no matter how much I enjoyed it +_+.
