Hmm well i don't think that it should be just Random Encounters, Maybe Bosses that you don't have to verse. *Like Sephiroth in KH1 and 2*

I like the random encounters with characters, and perhaps with one Esper, but I agree with BB that Espers are better found as a boss fight.

I kinda like random encounter esper/characters........on the other hand, it kinda seems like it's just a cheap way to make you think that the game has an extra 2 or 3 hours worth of game time.

myst replicas of ff characters. or clones like in ff9 in the king tomb, were a monster cloned u.
like in KH where there were hearthless soras at some parts. that looked exactly like him.

espers, summons, yes, characters, no, becase, i find it dumb that characters have like 10k hp and all these spells then they join all of a suppen they dissapeaar(ex. edea16k to like 1183), or reverse, they leave your party then fight you (ex. vossler, went from 500+ hp to 10k in a second)

I say that espers should not be in random encounters it is just.....well its just better to put them in a cave or something and make them an optinal boss.
