Try keeping up with low-mp cost spells such as Arms Mastery, Ninjutsu Art of Diving or Hyper Awareness. Try switching equipment every 8 or 9 levels, if you see itīs going well you might try up to 10 levels.
If you wish, you can also update your weapon every often... But I tend to use the same one for lots of levels, for example, Iīve used the Crocodile Tooth from level 65 to level 77.
