You know in bevelle where you have to fight a boss monster that use petrify magic..yunalesca is that boss she transform herself ...3rd boss before you fight trema..

before the final boss there is a ultimate weapon kinda thing and it is harder than the last boss but you only get a thing in your menu for beating it...

I think FF5 (FF3 as it is known here in North America) is the longest and possible the biggest final fantasy yet. With lots of character and tons of different paths to take.
