woah now. i mean i know what you mean, but back in the day that was some tight graphics. they didnt lead the public on with all these fack in-game screens either. what you saw is what you got and it was about the characters and the story. and if ive said it once ive said it a thousand times, i cant imgaine playing ff7 without cloud and the gang having block hands.
if they were to remake it, yes a graphics upgrade would be the only reason. nothing else should be changed. this would only be good to bring the game to a new and younger group of ff gamers (those of you that have only played ffx).

yeah, but then again so were pretty much everyone in final fanasty XII, anyways if people complain about it enough, then most likly it will come, its notlike they arnt gonna do it, but if they do it will be the last final fantasy XVII realted thing they will do

they would also have to change a * load in the game as well such as the ATB system and change it to be more realist they might bring back the ADB(ff XII)
or they could have the system thats coming in final fantasy XIII perhaps, regardless of what the case may be, its going to be a lot fdiffent, and wether yhr fans like it or not, it will certainly atteract everyone else who hasnt play any of the final fantasies

Exactly, darling. It's a rumor. It's not fact. We can hope, but right now, Square isn't remaking FF VII. Maybe in the future, but finances and staff are down a little, so they're focusing on FF XIII right now.
I'm not saying it won't happen. Only that it's not happening right now. Rumors are a b---h, but there's nothing we can do about it.

actully, in the toykyo game show it was said that tetsuya said that he may consider it so they may be hope for those who want it, like i said, if people rant enough eventually it will come out

actully , considering how famous its now becomeing and the fact that there almost none in existance now, it may actully make sense to make it who knows?

Seeing FF7 come onto a ps3 would be a great achievement but I would have to say change the story a tad add more detail for us to explore and answer hidden questions that couldnt be answered in the original. Wouldn't you find it boring playing the same game again the only difference is it has voices and better graphics, is it worth having to flog maybe £60 on it? thats the question, they need to show that there is a change.

well I hope they don't do run arounds in the game there aint much area to run around in the jungles and other places and they should keep it original to the game and keep the random battles but I think they should make it into FF10's battles with the turn system which was really good.

I think the battle system in the original FFVII should be the one used in this remake, ATB system, materia system, same limit break system, random battle system, etc.
