looks like everyone did their kill on the yensa like i did
it's like the best place to do it...some many of the yensa guys and so easy to kill them...the only reason the chain broke is because an elemental attacked me and i had to kill it or it would have killed me

I just finished Giruvegan. I've been doing marks, and I'm currently trying to get all of the items, equipment, and accessories I need before heading to the Pharos.
Necrohol of Nabudis. You gotta avoid opening 4 chests throughout the game.
1) Outside Old Dalan's House
2) Rabanastre Palace Cellars
3) Nalbina Dungeon (place where u get your equipment back, few chests there not to open)
4) Phon Coast - The group of 16 chests.
Then in the necrohol of Nabudis, there is a room with 16 chests in, the spear is in the second chest in the front line as you go in. I forget the room name but its 100% zodiac spear goodness (NO DIAMOND ARMET! OR IT WILL BE DARK MATTER INSTEAD)
earliest u can get it is after tomb of raithwell, which is what i did.
EDIT: oh if u open one of the chests, u can get it still, in the chest in henne mines special charter. 10% for chest to spawn, 10% chance there is an item, and 10% chance if it is an item for it to be the spear. Effectivly a 1/1000 chance - 0.1%
22 mist chains finishing with the ultimate "black hole" concurrence... woot woot!..... the concurrences are inferno, cataclysm, torrent, ark blast, white out, wind burst, luminescence and black hole. i think thats all
