That works rather well actually. How about the group comes across him, but he doesn't remember. So they leave him to go find help from a healer or something, and come back, and find out the bad guys got him?

Well, the idea goes that way, just making it less sudden. I think today I´ll start to work on it 
Since all this will take a whole episode, and I´m trying to make it one larger than the other two, I´ll think of some things that might happen in the process, the barrier is one of them.

Sorry to revive the thread and everything, but the storyline jumps around alittle to much. So instance, the starting the crystal gets lost, then you fight the crystal after you find it, then you go to a town where everyone has turned into robot's. It skips around alittle to much. You have to make it all fit in place so that it fits as perfect as a puzzle.

Ah yes... Don´t worry about reviving the topic. Suggestions are still open, and this is still in progress ^^
I´m doing Episode 3 these days... It´s a lot more of action...
But still, I need to modify some things, and I´ll have to modify every single dialogue once done with everything ^^

i'm alsomakin a new FF on RMXP, maybe an FFVIII sequel. atm i'm just playin round wit th program tho. btw i lik ur story. God those earth, fire, wind and water crystals get used a lot in FF!
