They can't be accessed yet... you'll have to wait  Master monk was one of these special classes untill the monk class was introduced

Here's another question: How do you even master a class? What about multiple ones? Do you just reach the promotion level of that class?

Not sure about the distance, it happened just northish from the city centre, I live in the south of sheffield... still too close for comfort

Well, theres normally one or two stabbings a week in an area a few miles away from where I live in Scotland.
And I've also been to Peckham a few times, which is where those teenagers got killed a while. I only live like half an hour away from there.
