not really the psp can cope with them ,being way more powerful than the psp and official playstation mag said it was roughly 90% of a ps2 ,playing final fantasy 7 on the go would be great ,if your concerned about the battery life the psp can handle games that require a hell of a lot more power than a ps1 port could dream of and still last 5 hours or more.(there is an FF7 sequel coming to the psp but it wont be as godly as ff7 ,its an action rpg Sad )

Maybe, that would be cool! I mean then there would be a decent RPG on the PSP!

I meant too long cutscenes, too long staring at the screen while on the go and I'm about to get hit by a car but oh! Sephie is about to kill Aeris

Choices...choices....

Razz lol i see where your coming from ,but the psp has a sleep function that automaticly pauses the game when you turn it off. so just turn it off get off train ,get on train at the end of the day and watch the rest.
plus the majority of ff fans know when theres gonna be a cutscene in ff and will pause it before it comes on if they dont have time to watch the whole thing.

I can't remember what game it was, but I played one for the PSX where the games FMV's could be controlled like a DVD, with you able to skip it entirly(X), fast-forwards(R1), rewind(L1), pause(start) and even turn on subtitles(L2 to cycle languages, R2 to turn off).
I would love to see that idea put on the PSP, it's so annoying when something happens during an FMV and you miss some of it(with it happening much more when you are playing on the PSP in my opinion), I mean someone catching your leg and instantly lose where you when while riding the train, wouldn't it be cool to then rewind it back to where you last saw it and resume as if nothing happened?
