you didnt vote, and this really isnt a matter of opinion. eden was the strongest (and i voted that way) bc he was the only gf in the game to break the damage limit. if you were talking about usefullness or just outright fav, there would be opinions.
the most usefull in my opinion would be doomtrain (stat effects rock) and my fav, ifrit. me and him go way back. ^^

I dont know, i seen them all cept for zodiac (seen it, just dont remember it) and i got to say it must be either eden or zodiac.
Others could be Bahamauth or Alexander, with Tiamat and Oding falling behind. but those are 3 diferent scales of powers i think.
nice idea btw =)
ps: maybe we'll se some new sumonings. btw remember the sumon in the end of ff8 that edea created that it later became that little sumoner's pet in ff9, that one could be one of the strongests too, i dont know if stronger than bahamaut or eden thougt.

are you sure you arn't confused by the zodiac coins from FF9?
there's not zodial GF in FF8, I've had them all and it's a pretty short list:
Quezacotl, Shiva, Ifrit, Siren, Brothers, Diablos, Carbuncle, Leviathan, Pandemona, Cerberus, Alexander, Doomtrain, Bahamut, Cactaur, Tonberry, Eden
My fave was always Bahamut, but then I like anything dragonlike.

Bahamut is king of the summons for a reason, and Tiamut is Bahamuts brother in that game so thats another GF you forgot
