need help bad!
can anyone tell me how to beat the big bird creature at the tomb near the sandsea or whatever it is called?

Well I didnt use them but it helps to have these berries cuz the bird doesnt like them. In the area of the sandsea right before the bird the map is kinda split into a northern part and a southern part. You want to take the northern part back to begging of that area and talk to the moogle. You do what he says and you can get the berries. It is possible to kill the bird without them if you dont feel like doing that just make sure you have the people with bows and guns out or else you wont hit anything. Black magic works somewhat but doesnt do a lot of damage. Make sure you have someone healing your party. It also helps to cast blind on the bird so it miss's most of the attacks. Yea I know where you are...
I lost the first fight with it but I won the second.
It is a bird so it'll be a good idea to use magic because sowrds and wepons like these won't be able to reach it.
Use shell, protect and everything like that before going in the battle.
Use the mist as well, it's really good.

The guide recommends to talk to the moogle at the blue save crystal in the north east section of the sandsea and complete the eksir berries quest and use the berries on the bird to damage it, but the berries really don't don that much, just change all your gambits to a spell, or use ranged weapons

You will manage after a few tries. Took me maybe 3-4 tries on both those bosses.

I'm yet to fight anything I couldn't defeat. The Rocktoise took me 10 or 12 tries though, then again I was fighting it at lvl 16
Just beat Cuchulainn and got my zodiac spear
Cuchulainn was crazy hard because of the area sap affect.

Not the only way. I was about 15 levels higher than I should've been when I got there, so I dropped it without using anything but constant normal physical attacks.
