Small question.
So I was just wondering do the boss's get harder as you lvl cuz I beat something at lvl 15 that someone else cannot at 20...so is that cuz they lvl with you or is he just sucking? and yes I know its a stupid and probably obvious question but just humor me XD

Yeah, they don't level with you, because then what would be the point of training, it's most probably that you would have better equipment then him, and probably know how to play it better.

According to the players guide they do not. It is a valid question though since in FFVIII most of the monsters did level up with you and almost all the bosses did.
