To go, or not to go, that is the question
my father invited me to go to blizzcon. the event for everyone who plays WoW to group together and play games and meet the development team.
now i LOVE trips. but the thing is i stopped playing WoW after a year and a half of the game (i was a Phase 1 beta tester, so i played it about 9-10 months before it was released)
we are starting to become pressed for money, and my dad invited me and my little brother (who is also playing WoW, Everyone in my house but my mom has a WoW account) and each person costs $500 to go. (Thats enough to buy a 360+2 games and the estimated price of the PS3)
now if i went i know i would have a great time. but if i dident go there is a lan party i can go to that weekend as well. either way im going to have a badass weekend.

lol i kinda have to now..
apparently all the tickets sold out for Blizzcon.
too bad too. my dad was REALLY looking foreward to it. see i just found out that my dad plays WoW to get away from his parents.
his mom has the memory of a goldfish and constantly complains about how she cant do things anymore.
his dad just had a second stroke. and now cant feel his legs at all. his first stroke severly affected his brain and prevented him from talking at all. the second stroke kinda destroyed half of everything else.
my dad was the person who NEVER had his parents rely on him. he ALWAYS could count on them to help him out. this is the first time in his life that he is seeing his parents as helpless and the first time he has to help them.
it was so apparent in his eyes when he saw he couldent go to blizzcon. it was if he was just punched in the face and dragged back to reality and he was forced to accept it and give in.
