I heard of a big price drop but wow
Since the AM2 CPUs came around they said that the prices of the 939 series will drop and man they are dirt cheap now:

$159 for a dual core 3800  I paid $320 for it.

AMD counters by over 50% price cuts that took effect i believe today.

well lets put it this way i was good at quake three when i played with X and fun but now when i join a counter strike server there are people who just stright out leave lol, my record for clearing a full CSS server is 5min. guse people dont like getting owned lol

wow when I play CS:CZ the best I can pull is a 53:42 win:lose thing, that's with quick respawn servers
on reg servers I'm lucky to get 5 kills before I die 20 times!

the reason they went down that much is because of the Core 2 duo...
ive been an AMD man all my life, and im switching to the Core 2 duo just because its a $330 processor... that outpreforms the (now) $600 AMD FX62.
