i've always wanted the ability to make games for a console. i would not just make games, but convert the classics such as Duke Nukem (that would be cool) DOOM and various flash games.
there are emulators, but i would love to see an emulator on a console to emulate PC games.

i dont like that comment about the ninendo company only making kiddie games eg legend of zelda metroid resident evil and much more games it wasnt just mario like evryone thinks
X-Box is going to rock, the PS3 will have it's place in glory, but Nintendo better bump up the graphics if they want my support. As far as them making "kiddie games" I think most people are refering to the inferior, bubble-like, cartoonish crappy graphics. I'm not ALL about the graphics of a game, but if looking at the screen makes me want to vomit or have a seizure, then I take them into account.
I seen them play Call of Duty for the Xbox 360 and the graphics looks just like on Xbox but a smoother framerate and more things on the screen that is all.

exactly at first, it looked like the xbox would have the best graphics then sony pumped theres up a lot! but the rev has the biggest proccesor power so that means longer games. als the ps3 also has a bigger proccesor than the xbox 360 and its only slightly smaller than the rev, slightly. and both the rev and the ps3 could improve the graphics and the proccesor between the release of the xbox360 and their release dates which means even the rev could out strip the xbox 360 in graphics.

HD capacity though, 360 has them beat both so it's still anyone's guess who will reign king of next gen
Since when does HD space matter on a console? "Wow I can store more MP3s on my Xbox!" Sony says the Xbox 360 is not even a real next gen console, more like an Xbox 1.5 and for the first time I seen people playing the Xbox games live (no fancy editing) just people playing the games and a video camera pointing at a TV and the only difference I could see in the original Xbox and the 360 games were that more things were able to display on the screen smoothly. The graphics were only a tad better, and even the game developers say that with the multiple processors of the 360 allowed them to use sound for one cpu, background stuff on another cpu, and other misc stuff on the last cpu. So it sounds to me that it can just run things at a smoother framerate and look a little better. They keep hyping up the new DoA game on the Xbox and it looks the same as DoA3 on the Xbox.
The PS3 though has graphics that I didn't think were possible, I cannot wait for it to come out.

Framerate is a big thing during online play and other specific games like racing games.
I'm not even going to bother with what Sony says, pure marketing words.
Alot of misc stuff does add up together.
Right now I'm not totally into the hype.
Alot of things are still being kept under wraps by Sony and Microsoft and even Nintendo.

well the rev has tackled framerate as well it has four separate proccessors that are bigger than the xbox360. so its framerate is smooth like the xbox, i cant be certain but i am sure the ps3 has done the same thing. but with the line up of games i've already lost interest in the xbox games, sony has a huge line up of games and the rev games like the new metroid, the legend of zelda and the ff game that wont be like crystal chronicals and loads more. also no sony more than double the companies than xbox and they have the better one, i never heard of most of the ones on xbox till the xbox.
