Oh I'd buy whatever platform they made it on just so I could play it, as long as they didn't butcher the game. My fondest memories of my early gaming were watching my older brother play that for hours. We got a lot of cool talks in while he wandered around fighting countless enemies. I never finished the game myself, since my brother took his copy with him when he moved, and no body I knows owns a working copy. I must buy it soon, play it on the PS original, yeah, you know what I'm talking about. That big, square, out-dated-but-beautiful machine that everyone thought was the bomb all those years ago... nothing makes me happier than a trip down the virtual memory lane...
There's no doubt! How could you ever ask? Of course I'd buy a remake of one of the best FFs ever! Just to see every cutscene in new graphic, Sephiroth meetings his mother, Aeris dead, Cloud 'flying' through the lifestream to end up facing Sephiroth! And to experience the game again! The battle system, exploring, walking the slummy streets of Midgars seventh area... All and everthing!
I love FF7 it was pure amazing. The Storyline, the characters, the music. It was my favorite game! I was obsessed with it when it first came out and I still love it now. Can't wait for Dirge of Cerberus! =D

I hope if they do make a remake they would use the Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories style fighting system but u could choose which character to control for those fights
