Anyways, this is just one of the videos of a series (of video responses) to certain people "misunderstanding" science and thinking that it's proof of what they believe in.
I am a devout agnostic, so my opinon on this is clear, even stout christians do admit that in certain cases the bible is to be preceved as stricktly metaphorical.
Probably best either here or serious discussion actually.
I don't suppose you can be both creationist and evolutionist; but you can be Christian and a scientist. Although I do hope the person who made the video is one; science can cause more controversy than answering it. And thats just within the science community, not just creationism.
God creating and evolution doesn't have to be separate in a sense; depends how you view either one.

If you watch the series, he'll explain that evolution does not explain how everything came to be, even though many people think it tries to do. Evolution simply explains the variations of birds, dogs, bacteria, etc. There's nothing on stuff like the beginning of the universe.
I also don't see why people label evolution as an opposing view against certain religion. For example, Buddhism doesn't strictly go against evolution.
Anyways, this series is supposed to poke fun at people attempting to use physics, chemistry, geology, biology, etc. to prove their religion correct, but failing to do so in very embarrassing ways.
It kinda goes to show doing nothing but try to undermine common knowledge all day is more or less a waste of time and energy.

Big Bang does not explain who/what was the "creator" if there is one. It's just the point where people say is the farthest back in time we happen to have an idea of.
I like how in many of those videos in the series he challenges the creationists that have the arrogance to say stuff like, for example in that last one you watched, "I know some hot-shot evolutionist will try to find a loop hole but..."
