"Faces of Death"
Has anyone ever heard of a cult classic film called "Faces of Death?"
It was made in the 70s. It's a documentary about the many ways people die. It shows real life deaths, like a woman jumping out a building and killing herself (when she hit the concrete her head literally popped). It's a very hard movie to come by, so I wouldn't be to surprised if alot of you don't know about it.

yeah i began watching it..but got very very bored...nothing seems to happen that made me think 'wow'. i had to turn it off in the end, i like my death scenes a little more hardcore lol.
though there are sequels..but i dont know if they are any more entertaining or just as boring.
the electric chair scene was probably the best parti saw...but even that was dragged down by the rest of the scenes, maybe there are better scenes, if so i might give it another chance in future..
but there are better fake snuff movies out there- none with real footage, but far more horrific films on the whole.

yeah i got the whole 1-5 faces of death...it's seriously disturbing i watch it when i was 14 years old i can still remember...it's really a shock to me that they compliled such gruesome documentary of killing animals and people as if it was nothing...scary..

Yeah. I saw it when I was twelve. It did in a way kinda drag, but I think it was disturging in the way that you were seeing people's last moment alive on Earth. The scene that was actually kinda sad to me was when the guy was killed by the two german shepards.

but i feel like once youve seen one slaughter, or one suicide, youve seen them all...
i like there to be more brutality in things, more torture and disturbed things.
check out the august underground movies...those are more hardcore, no real footage, but atleast they make you think 'thats a little disturbed, imagine that happening'.

I know what you mean. But I still liked faces of death. Especially for it's time, I'm sure people were freaked out.

yeah i guess you are right..for its time it was quite a movie i guess...and its a very interesting idea for a film at the time too. pity they dont do more these days...fill it with true depravity...lol..the hollywood remake XD

I seen one of the faces of death movies I cant remember which one it was but, I actually laughed at some of the real deaths in it. lol
Theres supposed to be a documentry film that's like nothing but real deaths.
Never found it though.
